A special New Year 2022 assembly was conducted on 3rd January, 2022; as everyone welcomed the New Year with hope for the future.
The theme for the special assembly was “Renew our spirit with love and fellowship”. It started by thanking God for all our near and dear ones, for what we have got and deciding to let go of our grudges, anger and pain; to keep our faith in God and help ourselves and the world to follow the path of truth and love. The hymn “Thank you Lord for one more year” was followed by Scripture Reading. Prayer petitions seeking God’s presence and guidance in every way in our lives were said with the response “Lord renew us in love and sacrifice”. The prayer concluded with the wish to see the wonders of God throughout the year. A video was played to show how we can help others and make them see the wonders of God.
Lastly a student’s prayer thanking God and seeking His guidance to do the best during this year was said. The assembly ended with renewed joy and energy for everyone to go ahead throughout the year.
Our Principal – Sr. Lavita welcomed the students and wished them the blessings of the Almighty for the New Year 2022.
