Orientation on Being a responsible citizen of India
We are thankful for the privilege of living in “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” We are grateful for unequaled liberties that allow us to freely make choices about our work, our worship, our ideology, and lifestyle. We are indebted to past and present veterans who risked life for protection of these liberties.
To sensitize students and to make them responsible citizens an orientation with the theme ‘ Being a responsible citizen of India ’ was conducted on the 20th August, 2021 for the students of STD 3rd to 12th.
The theme was well reflected with powerpoint presentations and meaningful videos showcased. It was followed by discussions and various self reflective activities.
During this time of pandemic students were also reminded to participate in this battle against the virus. As a responsible citizen of India to encourage others to take precautions, including washing hands regularly, maintaining social distance and staying home as far as possible.
Students participated very interactively throughout the session and gained insight about their responsibility towards the country.
