A seminar for the teaching & non teaching staff of CJM was held on Wednesday, 12th June 2019. The resource person was Fr. Henry D’souza-SUD Director of Alma Darshan, Andheri, Mumbai.
Fr. Henry spoke to the staff about the importance of understanding one’s personality and having a clear vision in life. Father discussed how one can take charge of one’s life in order to achieve one’s goals. Father also discussed how teachers can communicate effectively with others especially our students.
The sessions were interactive and the staff participated enthusiastically in the discussions. Delicious refreshments were arranged by the management. It was an insightful seminar providing impetus for the new academic year.
