DAY 8 WITH BLESSED DINA
The eighth day of the Novena to Blessed Dina was conducted on the 3rd September, 2021 in classes from Std III to Std XII. Std IV took the lead in preparing the Novena with the theme, “Blessed Dina, teach us to come closer to your Eucharistic heart.”
Exterior things had no place in Dina’s thoughts. Great was her happiness when she approached the altar each morning and united herself with the divine Savior. The Eucharistic heart drew her more and more closer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Whenever she passed near the chapel she was moved by an irresistible impulse to enter. She always experienced an indefinable joy when the Blessed Sacrament was exposed; she felt enraptured by the Eucharistic hearts’ boundless and passionate love for mankind was what Dina experienced.
Through the intercession of Blessed Dina, let us pray for each one of us that we too may respond to the call of God who inspires us deep within, to make our life a song of Thanksgiving in selfless service to our brothers and sisters in the world.
