As a move to instill patriotic values in children, The complete week from 10th August to 14th August 2020 was dedicated and devoted for the same . Various activities such as Poster making was organized for the Primary Section, Std 5 & 6. For std 7 & 8 Raigad District level drawing competition’ Gandagi mukt mera gaon’ was organized .
An online Independence day class was organized for class X on 13th August 2020 on the theme ‘True Independence & freedom can only exist in doing what is right ‘.which included group discussion, critical appreciation of a poem based on freedom & presentation of a motivational video about the inspiring words of the freedom fighters .
And for classes IX & XII on 14th August 2020. The theme for the activity for respective classes were ’Self-Reliant India’ & The India of my dreams respectively. Students were asked to make a collage work by writing a poem or a quote, Slogan writing based on the theme.
Students actively participated in the activity and expressed their love for their motherland.
