Online forms will be available on the school web-site: www.stjosephpashan.com from 08th November, 2025 to 29th November, 2025.
KINDLY NOTE THAT THE ONLINE FORMS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FROM 30th November,2025.
CURRICULUM OFFERED: Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE)
AGE CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION (2026–2027)
Nursery: Born between 1st October 2022 to 31st December 2023 (3 yrs complete as on 31st December 2026)
SUBMISSION & VERIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
• Both parents must accompany the child for submission and verification of the printed form.
• The scheduled date and time for submission and verification of the documents will be mentioned in
the application form.
• Parents must carry the original documents, self-attested photocopies, and the printed online application form at the time of submission.
DOCUMENTS TO CARRY:
1. Proof of Residence – Ration card of family/ Telephone bill/ Electricity Bill/ Passport
2. Birth Certificate of the child issued by the municipal corporation.
3. Please include a photo copy of the child’s Aadhar Card.
4. Caste Certificate – (if you claim for a category).
5. Baptism Certificate of the child – for Christians only.
6. Medical Certificate – compulsory in case of disability.
7. Certificate of parent’s academic qualification
8. If the mother is an ex-student, attach proof such as a copy of her School Leaving Certificate or
S.S.C. mark sheet
9. One passport size photograph of the child.
10. One small size family photograph.
11. Application Fee: ₹500 (to be paid online during submission)
