On the eve of Teachers’ Day, the celebration was spiritually coloured as the Sisters of the Kharghar Community had organized a special virtual Eucharistic Celebration for both SSC & ICSE Staff on 04th September 2020 at 11.00 AM. ‘The theme for the same was ‘Teachers: Leading In Crisis and Re-imagining the Future’.
The Celebrant of the Mass, Fr.Peter Michael a Redemptorist Priest From Goa made special prayers for teachers & asserted the importance of teaching as a vocation . In his Homily he asserted the role of teachers as roots who help their students to prosper like branches to extend to the outer world.
The Meaningful Liturgy ended with a note of thankfulness by teachers & a special video played & a Thanksgiving Letter read for the teachers which was sent by the Leadership Teams of the Congregation.
