HINDI DIVAS CELEBRATIONS.

Hindi is the National language of our country. Hindi Divas is celebrated every year on 14th September, 2021.

To inculcate love for the language and gain knowledge on the importance of Hindi Divas, a virtual celebration was held on 21st September, 2021 in Std Vth to XIIth with great zeal.

The celebration started with prayer service followed by relevant skit, dances, videos and speeches. After which Discussion about the Hindi Rashtra Bhasha Day was conducted in the classroom.

The day reminded students of the importance of the National language. It was very well organised and appreciated by all.

WELCOME ASSEMBLY & PARENTS MEETING OF STD XI

The new batch of Std XI students of the academic year 2020-21were whole heartedly welcome by the Principal Sr.Angela Raposo, the junior college teachers & a few students of std XII on Monday 4th January through a welcome Assembly prepared by Ms.Lorina. The Assembly included special prayers, scripture reading etc to invoke God’s help as we journey ahead.

Followed by the parents & students of std XI were addressed by the Principal & staff orienting the batch to the rules & guidelines for online classes, their queries too were addressed . The meeting ended with a note of thanks wishing students good luck as they embark on a new endeavor.

Dear Parents,

A warm welcome and a very Happy Christmas and New Year 2021 to each one!

This is to inform you that the Management of Convent of Jesus and Mary High School and Junior College, Kharghar, has decided to commence Online teaching for this Academic Year
2020-21 due to the pandemic of the Corona virus. This will continue till we begin our normal college routine.

The College begins on January 4th, 2021 for Class XI at 8.30 a.m. The time- table will be sent to you accordingly.

Parents, it is the joint responsibility of the School and the Parents for the Academic formation of our students. Please monitor your children while they work and take an active interest in their learning.

Though we understand that it is a difficult and challenging time for all of us with the number of casualties on the increase day by day in our State of Maharashtra, we need to continue to focus on the education of our children. Our Teachers are trying their best as this is also a new experience for them. We are open to learning and change as the need arises. I earnestly request you to please do your best to co-operate with us in this matter all through the time of this crisis.
