The Annual General Body Meeting for the academic year 2023-2024 was conducted on the 3rd August, 2023 (Thursday) in the New Hall of the school.
The meeting started at 8.30 am, with Mrs. Alpana Hemade welcoming the parents and stating a few instructions. Mrs. Hemangi Vartak led the gathering into prayer. Our principal, Sr. Antonette addressed the parents. Mrs. Hemade then introduced the CWA committee; following which Mrs. Mohitepatil read the minutes of the previous AGBM and requested some one to accept it Mrs. Shilpa Khandelwal seconded the minutes. Mrs. Hemangi proposed the accounts for the year 2022-2023 and the same was seconded by Mrs. Beena Doshi. Mrs. Hemangi proposed to appoint the new C. A from Rajendra.H.Kalia and Associates, and Mrs. Sayali Prasad seconded it.
Next, Mrs. Mohitepatil introduced the chief guest Mrs. Anagha Mehendale.
Mrs Angha addressed the parents on Leadership.
Mr. Ashwin Deshmane then delivered the vote of thanks and the meeting was concluded with the National Anthem.
